Actress, Exotic Dance Instructor, Writer and Model

My name is Fawnia Mondey. I am a dance instructor, fitness model, producer, actress and columnist.

I am a contributing writer for the, Canadian Health & Fitness Magazine, Athletic Women's Magazine and Adult Industry News.

When I am not online, I enjoy travelling, cooking, reading, weight training, and spending time with friends dining or out dancing at clubs.

In the past I have worked as a feature exotic entertainer. I have lived in Canada all my life working in various industries.

Since 1998 I have been instructing exotic dancers worldwide on the Art of Exotic Dancing, through my complete line of instructional dance video's.

With my love for theater, I am very fortunate to have worked as a lead film actress in Prague, Czech Republic twice, and have also appeared numerous times on shows like Millennium, The X-Files, and The Out Limits.

This year (2002) I was published in Playboys 'Natural Beauties', and also shot for their 'Lingerie', and 'Book of Nudes' issues.

With my experience as a bodybuilder,   As I climb the fitness industries ladder. 'Flex', 'Oxygen' and 'MuscleMag International' magazine are pushing my image throughout their pages, as I proudly represent Malibu Body Wear. Already in 2003 I have been in MuscleMags Jan, March, and April issues with my image on their March cover!

This year I plan on hitting the stage again, competing in figure contests and attending all the major shows in the fitness industry as I continue to pursue a career as a fitness model and athlete.
